Day 7 Update

We're home! Praise the Lord! Well, most of us. Our precious Ryan is still in the NICU and Lord-willing he'll come home Tuesday. We "roomed in" at the hospital Friday night after being discharged, and early Saturday morning Nina became sick and had to go to the ER. Thankfully it was right downstairs. The test results were inconclusive so she was sent home with a prescription for nausea.

Paul was an extra careful driver on the way home. Jack (our miniature schnauzer) was thrilled to see us and is adjusting to having a baby in the house.

Here are ways you can pray:
1. Ryan's ability to eat well with limited reflux, no additional apnea episodes and that he will be able to come home very soon.

2. Lauren's ability to eat more, sleep well and adjust to an eating schedule.
3. Paul and Nina's physical strength (including Nina's recovery from the C-section).

Thank you all for your prayers and words of encouragement in the "Comments" section and emails. We serve a sovereign God who has been so gracious to give us these children. We trust Him. As Marnie (Paul's sister) reminded us in the comments - "They are weak but HE is strong". How true that is.
